Abstract

These records document Governor Edwin P. Morrow's role as chief executive in the apprehension and arrest of fugitives from justice. Included are applications from local officials in which the governor is asked to request the return of Kentucky's fugitives from other states. Also included are copies of pertinent indictments, other court records, and related correspondence.
